Hello River Canoe Club

The lead up to Christmas is a busy time, I would like to squeeze in one more Skill Session before the end of the year. This is particularly targeting any club members intending on attending Steve’s White Water Beginners in January which has the prerequisite of being able to “wet exit and paddle a creek boat in straight line”.

I plan to hold this skill session on Sunday 16th December based at or near the club house.

If you would like to sign up for this event please complete the google form below.

Description:

In 2018 the RCC made a recon to Canberra to see what all the fuss was about with the balloons. Well OMG what a weekend - some of the best inland paddling on the lake to be done, and those balloon - rated the best dawn paddling experience by 100% of the participants.

This year we are going back smarter and better organised - we will be camping - commando style - and setting off on Sunday well before dawn.

Don't come if you are afraid of the dark, public servants or balloons.
